Mark AleXander

Mark Alexander is the Executive Director of Movement | DFW, a Christian Non-Profit dedicated to the strategic collaboration of the Christian Community in DFW to accelerate the spiritual life of the Next Generation.  Prior to joining Movement | DFW, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.


Prior to joining Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Mark had an extensive career in the Technology and Software Industry space working for Sterling Software, Sterling Commerce, Global 360, Metavante and Carreker Corporation.


Mark currently is the Secretary/Treasurer for NXT Move, Inc. and is the previous Chairman of the Board of First Texoma National Bank and Treasurer of Literacy Achieves. Mark and his wife Julie are members of Watermark Community Church and have been blessed with three children and seven wonderful grandchildren.

JuriE Kriel

ceo and founder

Jurie Kriel is innovating 5twelve City Church in Austin, Texas by reimagining a high tech, high touch church. He also leads NXT Move global, gathering global leaders to help catalyze a turnaround in the trajectory of Christianity in the next generation. Over his career he has served as pastor for preaching at Hill Country Bible Church, led a multisite mega church in Pretoria, organized a city Gospel movement across Africa, helped plant churches in Europe and served as dean of a seminary in Cape Town. He also currently serves as the catalyst for cities for the Lausanne Movement.


Married for 20 years to Karin, they stand together in pursuit of the purposes of God over their lives. They have two boys, Joshua and Ethan who are continuously teaching them more than they could ever wish to teach them.

Craig Parks

Craig Parks is Founder and Principal of Parks Communication, an Austin-based communication and production company. In addition to his broad marketing and corporate communications expertise, one of his greatest passions is working with non-profits, ministries, and social causes producing content, stories and videos to help organizations drive their mission.


Specifically, in the area of non-profits, over the past several years Craig has produced/directed productions for Mack, Jack & McConaughey (MJ&M), Austin Habitat for Humanity, Bo Jackson’s “Bo Bikes Bama”, Texas Exes, Austin Chamber of Commerce, RBI Austin, Movement.org, Thinkery, Rise School of Austin, Saint Louise House, Catholic Extension, CureDuchenne, and more.


He chairs the Board of Directors at Mission Possible (+ Church Under the Bridge), serves on the NXT Move Board of Directors and served on the Marbridge Foundation Victory Hall Initiative, and is active in the 5twelve Church plant in downtown Austin.

Josh Balmer

Josh graduated from Gordon College in 2003, with a B.A. in Communication Arts and minors in Business Administration and German. He is thankful to the Lord for directing his steps back to his hometown to serve as President of Retail and Finance for his family’s business, Penn Valley Gas. This has fueled his mission to accelerate Gospel impact through business and invest in younger generations by being involved in global initiatives like NXT Move and serving in his local church.

Paul Kruger

Paul was raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and attended college in Oklahoma. He had a career with IBM for 20 years as Systems Engineer and has served with the Navigators full-time for the last 20 years. He was assigned to the CoMission in St. Petersburg, Russia for four years.


Paul's position within US Navigators includes: Director Glen Eyrie Conference Center, Community Ministry, National Orality Movement, Director Prison Discipleship Ministries, Disciples for Life.


His wife went to heaven after five years of cancer. Then the Lord led to a new marriage with Cheryl Meredith two years ago and has four adult children and 12 grandkids. Paul's heartbeat is ‘to make disciples’ and magnify the Lord daily.  His church involvement includes Mission Director, Teacher, and Elder.

BoshoFf Grobler

Boshoff is an entrepreneur.  He has been a corporate entrepreneur for more than twenty years, building new businesses within the largest primary listed financial services group on the continent of Africa. These businesses compete in the investment banking and investment management industries. Boshoff is also a social entrepreneur, having established businesses in the hospitality and outdoor adventure industries. As spiritual entrepreneur Boshoff has been part of many teams planting churches and establishing other ministries, globally.


Boshoff is also an activator. As preacher, speaker, writer, coach and consultant Boshoff loves to encourage others to be the change their worlds need.


He holds BCom (Law) and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria as well as a Master of Law (LLM) focused on banking, corporate, finance, and securities law from the University of Johannesburg. He also holds an Executive Master in Change (EMC) from INSEAD Business School in France.


Boshoff loves breeding and riding Arabian horses, traveling, staying fit, and reading. Boshoff is married to Blyde and they have three children Andreas, Nina, and Miko.

Cheryl MEREDITH, PhD.

Cheryl is the President of Maray Mercher, Inc.  She consults and trains in leadership, coaching and emotional intelligence. She also serves as Chief Ideation Officer for a non-profit organization in Colorado and as an Adjunct Professor at Trinity Western University.  She completed her PhD in Business, Organization and Management with a focus on Emotional Intelligence in Executive Leaders. Her Masters is in Counselling. 


She has extensive executive leadership experience with over 35 years of leading nationally and internationally in the non-profit sector. She has completed certifications as both a Global and Senior HR professional and as an Executive Coach through Corporate Coach U International.  She created The Coaching Pathway for Pairin.com as an introduction to coaching. Cheryl speaks, teaches, and facilitates across North America and Internationally. She is passionate about helping people understand and optimize their abilities, talents, and capacity to make the greatest contribution possible in their spheres of influence. Cheryl is married to Paul, a widower. He was the full package deal with 4 adult children, 3 married and 12 grandchildren. Cheryl’s new favourite thing is loving on the grandkids. They live in Colorado and regularly pursue their other passions, cycling, scuba diving, skiing, literature, travel, friends, and film.
